Contract Mattress with 800 Independent Springs

Ergonomic independent spring structure with balanced Firm support, available in two height options: 22 cm or 26 cm. The core is enclosed in a fixed cover made of Class 1 IM fire-retardant quilted fabric, stitched with high-strength thread.
Equipped with side handles on the long edges for easy maintenance and positioning.

Fire-retardant fabric named FUEGO (61% modacrylic – 39% polyester).
Diamond quilting and component assembly using high-strength thread.
Side band equipped with handles for easy positioning.

Fire-retardant thermally bonded wadding layer named POLY SLICK HR-FR – 100% polyester, 30 mm thick, 500 g/m².
Diamond-quilted with the outer fabric and combined with the TEKNA BARRIERA fire-retardant barrier (90% viscose, 10% polyester).

PADDING

STRUCTURE

Individually pocketed steel springs, each 60 mm in diameter, encased in heat-sealed, breathable fabric sleeves and arranged into 7 differentiated support zones. Sleeping surface: panel in non-deformable, fire-retardant expanded polyurethane on both sides, 25 mm thick with a density of 35 kg/m³. Perimeter reinforcement: Box Spring system made of non-deformable, fire-retardant expanded polyurethane, 50 mm thick.
