Contract Mattress with 800 Independent Springs
7-zone independent pocket spring structure offering Firm support, enhanced with a layer of soft, fire-retardant memory foam for added comfort.
Available in two height options – 23 cm and 27 cm – the mattress is enclosed in a Class 1 IM fire-retardant fabric cover, elegantly finished with panel quilting.
The quilted side band, featuring a taupe-colored insert, is equipped with handles on the long sides to facilitate maintenance and positioning.

Fire-retardant thermally bonded wadding layer named **POLY SLICK HR-FR** – 100% polyester, 30 mm thick, 500 g/m².
Diamond-quilted together with the outer fabric and integrated with a **TEKNA BARRIERA FR** fire-retardant barrier (90% viscose, 10% polyester).Falda ovatta termolegata ignifuga denominata POLY SLICK HR-FR – 100% poliestere. Spessore mm. 30 – 500 gr./m2 trapuntata a losanghe con il tessuto esterno e barriera ignifuga TEKNA BARRIERA FR(90% viscosa, 10% poliestere).

STRUCTURE
Individually pocketed steel wire springs, each 60 mm in diameter, encased in heat-sealed, breathable fabric sleeves. The spring system is divided into 7 differentiated comfort zones.
Top side: sandwich panel made of graphite memory foam and fire-retardant foam, 35 mm thick with a density of 45 kg/m³.
Bottom side: non-deformable, fire-retardant polyurethane, 25 mm thick with a density of 35 kg/m³.
Perimeter reinforced with a **Box Spring system** in non-deformable, fire-retardant polyurethane foam, 50 mm thick.
