Contract mattress with evolution foams
Structure made of next-generation fire-retardant foam, Class 1 IM, with high density and medium firmness, featuring an insert in soft fire-retardant memory foam.
Available in various heights, from 18 cm to 26 cm, it is enclosed in a removable Class 1 IM fire-retardant fabric cover, openable on all four sides.
The cover is quilted with high-strength thread and equipped with handles on the long sides to facilitate positioning.

Diamond quilting and component fastening with high-strength thread.
Side band equipped with handles for easy positioning. The cover is fully removable thanks to a zip running along the entire perimeter.
Fire-retardant thermally bonded wadding layer named POLY SLICK HR-FR – 100% polyester, 30 mm thick, 500 g/m².
Diamond-quilted with the outer fabric and combined with the TEKNA BARRIERA fire-retardant barrier (90% viscose, 10% polyester).

Block of fire-retardant, non-deformable polyurethane foam, density 35 Kg/m³, thickness: 140 – 160 – 200 mm.
Profile in fire-retardant graphite memory foam, thickness: 20 mm, density 45 Kg/m³.
