Contract mattress with Bonnell spring structure
High-rigidity Bonnell spring structure offering firm orthopedic support. High-rigidity Bonnell spring system offering firm orthopedic support. The mattress has a height of 26 cm and is enclosed in a removable cover on all four sides, made of fire-retardant Class 1 IM fabric with elegant panel-style quilting. The quilted side border, featuring a dove-grey insert, is equipped with handles on the long sides to facilitate maintenance and positioning.

Fire-retardant SAVANNA knitted fabric (100% polyester). Panel-style stitching and component fastening with high-strength thread. Side border equipped with handles for easy positioning.
Fire-retardant thermally bonded wadding layer named POLY SLICK HR-FR – 100% polyester, 30 mm thick, 500 g/m².
Diamond-quilted with the outer fabric and combined with the TEKNA BARRIERA fire-retardant barrier (90% viscose, 10% polyester).

STRUCTURE
Biconical springs with BONNELL system made of steel wire, spring diameter: max 85 mm, min 40 mm.
Top side: sandwich panel in graphite memory foam and fire-retardant foam, thickness 35 mm, density 45 kg/m³.
Bottom side: fire-retardant polyurethane panel, thickness 25 mm, density 35 kg/m³.
Fire-retardant insulating panel PAD FLAME RETARDANT, thickness 6 mm.
Perimeter side reinforcements with “Box Spring” system made of high-resilience, fire-retardant polyurethane foam, thickness 50 mm.
