Duocare is a light and comfortable foam mattress with a flexible structure that adapts well to adjustable mattress frames with head lift and foot lift systems. The structure consists of two opposing layers of Evocell foam to provide two levels of firmness and support during rest simply by turning the mattress.

Double-sided mattress with a 20 cm structure of two overlapping layers of Evocell foam offering different levels of support, with special channels for easy adaptation to adjustable mattress frames with head lift and foot lift systems.
The Evocell profile is a panel of the latest generation of expanded polyurethane foam with an elevated level of porosity. It is highly breathable and resistant to heat and humidity, the principal causes of the aging and loss of resilience typical of common polyurethane foams.
The structure features shaped layers that create 7 support on the surface of both sides of the mattress and transversal surface channels for an optimum circulation of air.

“Vegetable silk” padding. This light and elastic fibre is made from incredibly thin filaments of cellulose filled with air and covered by a layer of natural wax extracted from the fruit of tropical Ceiba trees. Featuring up to 80% of air inside its fibres, this excellent insulator is inhospitable to bacteria thanks to its rapid drying properties. The external fabric is treated with antibacterial products.
100% hypoallergenic padding. Breathable and elastic, with optimum hypoallergenic and antibacterial characteristics, it is made from thermal hollow polyester fibres that permit air flow and support the evaporation of humidity emitted by the body during sleep. It is supplied by Dacron®, a European leader in the production of padding fibres. The external fabric is treated with antibacterial products to protect against dust mites.
