Biconical Bonnell system coil springs in 2.2 mm diameter carbon phosphate steel wire. Spring diameters range from 85 mm to 40 mm, depending on where they are positioned. They are connected by 1.3 mm diameter steel coils. The tensile strength is equal to 190 kg/m2. The 80×190 cm twin model features 168 springs; the 160×190 cm queen size model features 360 springs.

The perimeter reinforcing elements of the pocket spring mattress are mounted on non-combustible and non-deforming expanded polyurethane, known as T 30/RC 5E. The sides are 50 mm thick, 147 mm high, with a density of 30 kg/m3.

Non-combustible insulating and stabilising panel, known as Pad Flame Retardant – Barrier 350, 6 mm thick and with a weight of 1,300 g/m2; composition 35% wool, 35% non-combustible acrylic and 30% polypropylene.

In high resilience and non-combustible expanded polyurethane known as T 30/RC 5E, 15 mm thick and with a density of 30 kg/m3.

Non-combustible thermo-bonded padding, known as Poly Slick HR-FR, 30 mm thick and weight of 500 g/m2. It is composed of 100% polyester padding, with a quilted lozenge pattern, external non-combustible fabric cover and additional non-combustible layer, known as Tekna Barriera FR with a density of 140 g/m2; composition 90% viscose and 10% polyester.

Realised in non-combustible fabric, known as Fuego 011-00; composition 61% modacrylic fibre and 39% polyester fibre, with a weight of 160 g/m2. It is quilted with a layer of padding known as Poly Slick HR-FR, 8 mm thick and with a weight of 200 g/m2, composed of 100% polyester padding, and a non-combustible layer known as Tekna Barriera FR with a density of 140 g/m2.

Finished in a non-combustible fabric, known as Fuego 011-00; composition 61% modacrylic fibre and 39% polyester fibre, with a weight of 160 g/m2. The lozenge quilting and fixing of all components are realised in extra-strong upholstery thread.
